The colorful long-sleeve shirt celebrating Two big parades coming up in Biloxi with Neptune on Saturday and Gulf Coast on Fat Tuesday. This year, there will be a new parade route. Floats will no longer ride on Highway 90 down at Porter Avenue and the parades will stay south of the railroad tracks.
