An Overview of the Dining Options at the Carnival Mardi Gras The free meal selections on Carnival cruises are many, which contributes to the company’s reputation for providing excellent value. The other three we did Cucina, Chibang and Guy's Pig and Anchor. All three of these are included right now. As someone else said, you use the hub app to check in for Cucina, Chibang, as well as the main dining room. So I went on the Mardi Gras back in 2022 and now have it booked again for September 2024. I haven't kept up with any updates on it, but when we first went on it, all the dining options except for the Steakhouse, Seafood, and Hibachi place were free of charge for lunch and dinner. On Mardi Gras last year, the dining room opened 30 minutes earlier (5:00) on the first elegant night than the other six nights. Also, on Mardi Gras with YTD you have the option to dine in the dining room, Cucina del Capitano, Chibang, and Pig and Anchor. For Pig and Anchor you just show up, but you check in on the app for the others. Carnival Cruise Line’s JavaBlue Cafe is a popular spot for coffee lovers and those looking for a quick snack. It can be found on many ships, such as Celebration, Jubilee, Elation, Glory, Mardi Gras, Horizon, Luminosa, Paradise, Miracle, Panorama, Radiance, Splendor, Sunrise, Freedom, Vista, Venezia, Firenze, and Sunshine. The reservation fee is $146.32 USD per person on the following ships: Carnival Breeze, Carnival Celebration, Carnival Dream, Carnival Firenze, Carnival Horizon, Carnival Jubilee, Carnival Legend, Carnival Magic, Carnival Panorama, Carnival Pride, Carnival Radiance, Carnival Sunrise, Carnival Venezia, Carnival Vista and Mardi Gras.
