We are looking at booking a balcony stateroom but I am interested in hearing opinions on the Family Harbor rooms. Would it be worth our money to book a Family cruised in November 2019 family harbor room and I rate it 5 out of 5 stars .. What I love: 1) short breakfast lines 2) Coffee and latte machine and even espresso ! 3) Daughter likes to watch the TV in there with other children and I sit back relax drinking coffee eating the snacks Carnival has 4 ships that feature Family Harbor rooms; the Vista, Horizon, and Panorama are all sister ships, and then the Mardi Gras has a smaller Family Harbor area with fewer rooms. The Mardi Gras does not have the Suite that is about to be featured. Suites. There are Interior, Ocean View, Balcony, and Suite options.
