That’s great news, however, for your body, which will definitely benefit from all the extra energy that vacationing pumps directly into you. In this video, I will give you a quick tour of the Cloud 9 Fitness Center o The classes included in the unlimited fitness pass are usually Indoor Cycling (spinning), Yoga, and some sort of Pilates. There are usually free stretch and abs classes each morning. If you want to stay active or relax, Carnival Mardi Gras has plenty of health and fitness options. The ship’s fully equipped gym offers everything from exercise machines to free weights for guests who want to work out. Fitness enthusiasts can take part in a variety of classes, including yoga, Pilates, and cycling. To enjoy the Fitness Center and all Carnival Spa services, guests must be at least 18 years old. If under 18, guests will need a parent or proper guardian to accompany the individual. Valid ID with birth date will be required at the start of your cruise for age verification. Spa & Fitness Spa. The Cloud 9 spa complex on Mardi Gras is larger and has more amenities than previous Carnival ships, although you'll pay for the privilege. I have sailed on both Carnival and Royal Caribbean and have used the showers and not the spas. With Carnival Pride, I was impressed with the showers in the gym. You get overhead spray, and two sprays each on the left and right of your body. It SURE beats the shower in the stateroom. Just go to the spa and ask for a locker key. The Cloud 9 gym is located on deck 6 forward. It has spin and step classes as well as weights, treadmills, bikes, rowers etc.
