Jubilee, Mardi Gras, Carnival Steakhouse Menu Emeril’s Bistro 1396 is a specialty restaurant available only on Carnival Mardi Gras ship. It’s popular for its Cajun-Creole food. Chef Emeril Lagasse helped create the menu, which has tasty dishes like gumbo, jambalaya, po’boys, and desserts. This took a little while to put together but it is finally ready.
