It is so worth it. We moved last year, and my son, then almost 12, decided it was time to part with most of the 8 or so build a bears he had acquired over the years, and that were his bed time snuggle buddies (rotating) since he started cruising at 2. On our Elation cruise, they did the build a bear activity several times. One time was during the day and another that I saw was an evening activity. They also had the kits, in case you wanted to take one home or back to your room and build your bear. But, it was a lot of fun and well worth the $25 we spent on each dog that the kids got.
