The theme for the Gulf Coast Carnival Association Mardi Gras 2025 is "In Search of Lost Legends." Captain of Carnival, David Harris Jr., said it is all hands on deck this time of year. Jacky Tang will take the helm on Carnival Mardi Gras from October 2024 to March 2025, bringing lively entertainment to guests onboard.
