Main Dining Rooms: Palm & Flamingo Restaurants. At the heart of the Mardi Gras dining experience are the Palm and Flamingo Restaurants, offering a sophisticated atmosphere for breakfast, brunch, and dinner. These main dining rooms share the same rotating menus. Port Day Breakfast: Palm Restaurant 7:00-9:00am.
