While the Havana pool area is only for guests staying Havana rooms, the Havana Bar is open to all. The Mardi Gras, Carnival Celebration, and Carnival Jubilee have self-service fountain drink machines located in the Lido Marketplace. Carnival calls this "Pour Your Own Soda".
