Is the family harbor worth the extra costs on Mardi Gras We pushed forward a cruise by 8 months because our youngest will be over 5 and able to partake in camp ocean. No more connecting cabins on this newer sailing. So we are wondering if the family harbor suite in the family harbor area is worth the extra few hundred dollars. cruised in November 2019 family harbor room and I rate it 5 out of 5 stars .. So we are considering a family harbor suite. Wondering if the family harbor area perks are worth it. The cost goes up 500 bucks for a 5 person suite compared to 2 balconies next to each other. Did the family harbor suite on the panorama and my family loved it. Our room was right next to the lounge and our kids regularly went there to get snacks and play video games. Also the room was spacious,the balcony was not obstructed or regularly splashed, we had priority boarding and tender, and kids free specialty dining. I would guess the only difference between the balcony and ocean view is the balcony. We didnt have a family Harbor balcony, but we had a normal balcony.
