Interestingly enough, I brought that same cheap curling iron and it didn’t work for me on the Mardi Gras. So the next time I’m Mardi Gras, I brought a different cheap travel iron and it did work. What did you have the Conair one plugged into? Just the outlet? Or into an adapter? I did not have this problem on the Sunrise or the Freedom just a few months ago. I’m going on the Mardi Gras in December and I’m worried I’ll run into the same issues.
