Carnival Celebration, Carnival Jubilee and Mardi Gras do not have washers and dryers but have ironing rooms on several stateroom decks as well as Valet Laundry service. Carnival Firenze, Carnival Luminosa and Carnival Venezia do not have washers, dryers nor ironing rooms but do offer Valet Laundry service. I have only ever used the ironing facilities, but if I ever took a longer cruise (say 14 day journeys) I'm not sure I would trust my laundry to the onboard services - I have read too many reviews of stuff coming back faded, shrunk, or just ruined. I have just returned from a cruise on Carnival Horizon, the self-laundry worked out ok. The 9th floor laundry only had 1 washing machine and 2 driers, one of the driers was out of action. But, on the 8th and 7th floors, the laundry rooms were much larger and worked well, it cost me about $10.50 to get all my laundry completed. I don't like to send my newer or nicer clothes out to be done because they use hot water. Not sure what I'm going to do when we sail on the Mardi Gras though.
