I could never find a Fun Times for previous Mardi Gras sailings that listed the pool opening and closing times, but for other ships in the fleet the pools typically open at 8 AM and close at Midnight, subject to weather conditions. Do the pools close while in port? When we had Havana cabins on both Horizon and Vista, with full ships, we had no issue finding seating sun or shade. And at most there were maybe 3-4 people in those pools at any time. Of course that would make the Mardi Gras "pool" a bit crowded.
