About Carnival Mardi Gras Mardi Gras, launched in 2021, is a groundbreaking Excel-class ship that redefines the cruising experience with its innovative features and diverse amenities. With a gross tonnage of 180,800 and a guest capacity ranging from 5,282 to 6,338 passengers, it offers ample space for relaxation and entertainment. New Carnival Menu Rollout Schedule. The new dining room menus were released on the Carnival Dream in June and Carnival Conquest in July of 2023. The Carnival Menu rollout continued fleetwide around the dates listed below: Carnival Radiance: August 18, 2023. Mardi Gras: August 19, 2023. Carnival Breeze: September 2, 2023. Carnival Panorama New Carnival Menu Rollout Schedule . The new dining room menus were released on the Carnival Dream in June and Carnival Conquest in July of 2023. The Carnival Menu rollout were released fleetwide on the sailings listed below, subject to change: Carnival Radiance: August 18, 2023. Mardi Gras: August 19, 2023. Carnival Breeze: September 2, 2023 The restaurant selections at Carnival Mardi Gras give you a choice of 22 (yes, 22!) different locations to dine, both during the day and at night. Favorites from the Carnival, such as Guy’s Burgers and Bonsai Sushi, are still available at Mardi Gras. This took a little while to put together but it is finally ready. Nearly 40 different venues on Carnival Mardi Gras and I have menus for all of them on my new Mardi Gras Menus page. The deck and location is listed with each menu. I also have the Main Dining Room menus for all nights on my Mardi Gras MDR Menus page. Cucina Del Capitano on the Mardi Gras works differently than some of Carnival's older ships as on the Mardi Gras this is considered an alternative to the main dining room. Guests on Mardi Gras can dine one complimentary time in Cucina Del Capitano and then each additional visit costs extra ($8 per person at the time of writing). Carnival Cruise Line’s new ship, Mardi Gras, is absolutely chock-full of dining venues, many included and some with an up-charge. To help passengers determine what’s open for which meal and ChiBang! is a new restaurant, first featured on Carnival Mardi Gras, serving as a replacement for Ji Ji's asian restaurant found on some other ships in the fleet. ChiBang! is a unique concept restaurant that offers a mix of Mexican and Chinese food. This is not a fusion menu, but instead two distinct menus which allow you to mix and match. The breakfast menu includes burgers topped with fried eggs and a turkey sausage patty with bacon and hash browns. New for Carnival Mardi Gras, this restaurant from Holland America Line Master (For a limited time during the inaugural season on Mardi Gras, you’ll have your choice of complimentary dining at specialty restaurants Cucina del Capitano, Chibang! and Guy’s Pig & Anchor Menu: Dinner: Cost: Additional : Adults: $24 : Kids 11 and under: $11 for kids menu orders : Great news: on Carnival Celebration, Carnival Jubilee and Mardi Gras, your first meal at Cucina del Capitano is on the house and additional visits are just $8! Emeril’s Bistro 1396 is a specialty restaurant available only on Carnival Mardi Gras ship. It’s popular for its Cajun-Creole food. Chef Emeril Lagasse helped create the menu, which has tasty dishes like gumbo, jambalaya, po’boys, and desserts. Carnival Main Dining Room Restaurant Menus 2025 Carnival Breakfast Menu 2025.
