Notable free dining establishments on Carnival Mardi Gras include: About Carnival Mardi Gras Mardi Gras, launched in 2021, is a groundbreaking Excel-class ship that redefines the cruising experience with its innovative features and diverse amenities. With a gross tonnage of 180,800 and a guest capacity ranging from 5,282 to 6,338 passengers, it offers ample space for relaxation and entertainment. Carnival Cruise Line’s new ship, Mardi Gras, is absolutely chock-full of dining venues, many included and some with an up-charge. My friend and I are travelling on the Mardi Gras in May. She has Celiac's and therefore has to eat Gluten Free. Just wondering if anyone has any advice or experience on the Mardi Gras with Gluten free dining.
