Note: There are currently 7 Carnival ships without any "Secret Decks". They are the four Spirit Class ships: Carnival Legend, Carnival Miracle, Carnival Pride and Carnival Spirit. Along with the three newest ships to the fleet, the Excellence Class ships: Mardi Gras (2021), Carnival Celebration (2022), and Carnival Jubilee (2023). I think OP is probably referring to some Carnival ships having access to areas in front of the passenger decks 6-8ish, not the very front of the ship where some ships have that helipad. I know that at least the Conquest-class ships have it, but not sure about the new Celebration/Mardi Gras.
