The big guy brings his poultry know-how and good taste to the seas with Big Chicken! Just like Shaq’s a multitalented entertainer, his restaurant is no one-trick chick. Guests can find Shaq’s Big Chicken on Deck 16 on Carnival Excel Class Ships (Jubilee, Celebration, and Mardi Gras). This deck is full of places to eat and drink, including Blue Iguana Cantina , Streat Eats, Seafood Shack , Lido MarketPlace, Red Frog Tiki Bar , and Tides Pool Bar. The menu also features a fried chicken basket, chicken strips, and a variety of sidekicks like potato salad and jalapeno slaw, complemented by a selection of sauces. For brunch enthusiasts, Big Chicken extends its all-day breakfast menu until 3pm, featuring delights like chicken & biscuit and a savory three-cheese omelette.
