The date shown is the date video was published. We booked a square cabin for the Celebration in October 2023, before we had actually sailed in the square cabin on the Mardi Gras. Not sure what we are going to do about it, hopefully upgrade it. We have been in the very aft (square) and the very forward locations (premium interior) and weren’t crazy about either. A Carnival Excel Corner Suite aboard Mardi Gras features tons of indoor space, plus a large wraparound balcony with lounge chairs and an al fresco dining table, for when you need a little more space. Back inside this impressive room you’ll find a king-size bed, deluxe bathroom, plus a living room featuring a wet bar. Or if you just want more room, a Premium interior is 205 square feet, as opposed to 158, and it has a sofabed.
