Scholarships and Criteria Please read carefully and follow the instructions prior to submitting your application. Crown Jewels "Mardi Gras King and Queen" Scholar - Award amount of $20,000 to be disbursed over two years or potentially as a single lump sum, dependent on final arrangements - applicant must: Crown Jewels Links Mardi Gras King and Queen Scholarship, receiving $20,000 $20,000 to support their educational journey. Royalty Scholars. Zoe Alexandra Jones was awarded the Royalty Scholar I Scholarship, receiving $5,000. Jordan Adekunbi Howard was awarded the Royalty Scholar II Scholarship, receiving $3,000.
