The Mystick Krewe of Louisianians is proud to welcome you to our annual Carnival Ball and celebration of the finest Louisiana has to offer. Important Note: We will make a best effort to secure for our sponsors on a first-come, first-served basis hotel accommodations at the Washington Hilton Hotel and/or tickets to the Mystick Krewe of Louisianians’ Friday night Formal/Black Tie Dinner Dance and Saturday ball at $500 per set per person, which is the price set by the Krewe. The festivities include the Captain’s Dinner Dance and the Mardi Gras Ball on Saturday, January 25th. Attendees can look forward to a weekend filled with pageantry, revelry, and a celebration of Louisiana’s finest offerings. In the Spring, there is also a designated DC Mardi Gras Day, which will be celebrated on March 4th. Mardi Gras kings have reportedly spent over $1 million on the event, which features a Saturday night ball and formal parties on Thursday and Friday. It’s one big holiday in New Orleans and we hope to bring a taste of that to you here in D.C. Ticket includes open bar, delicious food, live entertainment, and plenty of King Cakes and beignets! Spent a week at the DC Washington Hilton for the DC Mardi Gras celebration. The rooms were clean and organized. In room internet service was very fast. Food at the District Lounge and The Coffee Bean were above average with excellent service. Had afternoon appetizers in the bar and they were also very good. Management was extremely helpful and The hotel actually receives calls from staff at other hotels who want to work Mardi Gras week at the Hilton, future dates permitting. The hotel is filled to overflowing during the celebration, and its 1,000 rooms are booked well in advance as 90 percent of the ball's constituents now come from Louisiana rather than the Washington area.
