If we were to do Mardi Gras again, we would definitely do your time dining. Didn't eat in the buffet the entire cruise. It was pretty underwhelming. The MDR was OK. The quick dining options were fantastic, like Guys Burgers, Big Chicken, Pizzeria, Panini, Guys BBQ, etc. Cucina del Capitano, for us, was the best meal on the ship! We were on Mardi Gras last week.
