The Cajun Mardi Gras Festival is back, bringing five days of family-friendly Mardi Gras celebrations to Downtown Eunice. The Eunice Cajun Mardi Gras Festival in Eunice has announced its Mardi Gras schedule. The Mardi Gras festivities is a five-day celebration. All bands and live entertainment will take place at stages set up at South 2nd and Walnut streets (Fred Charlie Stage) and on South 2nd Street and Park Avenue (Liberty Stage). Eunice, La. The Eunice Mardi Gras celebration is not a one-day event, it is several days of live music, chicken runs, and parades. This year the fun starts on Friday, February 9th, 2024, and runs through Mardi Gras, on Tuesday, February 13th, 2024 with five big days of live music. We are now accepting applications for those who would be interested in being a food vendor for our 2025 Eunice Mardi Gras Festival, February 28 - March 4, 2025.
