Are you sailing on the Carnival Mardi Gras and wondering what the gym looks like? In this video, I will give you a quick tour of the Cloud 9 Fitness Center o Fitness Center. We have some bad news for you — your ship has a gym. In other words, there’s no excuse for leaving your fitness routine back on land. That’s great news, however, for your body, which will definitely benefit from all the extra energy that vacationing pumps directly into you. I usually get the pass. If you plan on taking a class every day of your cruise it is worth it. Especially if you are a gym rat. While most people make a bee line for the buffet on embarkation, I go to the gym/spa. They will have schedule of the classes for that cruise. They are usually located near the entrance of the gym. The Fitness Center on your Carnival ship offers guests a convenient and enjoyable way to maintain their fitness routine while on vacation. With a variety of state-of-the-art equipment and fitness classes available, guests can continue to focus on their health and well-being while enjoying all the amenities of the ship. I have sailed on both Carnival and Royal Caribbean and have used the showers and not the spas. With Carnival Pride, I was impressed with the showers in the gym. You get overhead spray, and two sprays each on the left and right of your body. It SURE beats the shower in the stateroom. Just go to the spa and ask for a locker key.
