I am wondering about the timing on parades. I have read that the often start late, are delayed or get held at times. How long do the parades normally last? I am trying to book dinner reservations - not sure if I should do it early (around 5:30 or later, 9:00 - 9:30). I am mainly looking at parades Feb 7 - 9. Start time on those show 5:30 or 6pm.
