New Orleans Square in Disneyland Welcome to Bayou Noir (Black Bayou), where the soul of New Orleans comes alive in a dazzling celebration of Black culture, heritage, and the unapologetic joy of Mardi Gras. Set against a backdrop inspired by the mystique of the bayou, this vibrant soirée honors the rhythms, flavors, and artistry of Mardi Gras and serves as a testament to the Blue Bayou Restaurant. Mardi Gras has taken over the Red Coconut Club and transformed it into the Cursed Coconut Club. The themed nightclub & lounge features Mardi Gras decor, along with live music and specialty drinks. In addition, the Mardi Gras festivities extend to CityWalk with specially-themed food and drink offerings in several venues. The Taste of Mardi Gras float is all-new this year, and it features theming that celebrates flavors iconic to the Mardi Gras festival. Performers in front of the float contain a mix of old and new costumes. An oyster and chefs on stilts are new this year, while a shrimp and crawfish should be familiar to guests who have attended Universal Mardi
