Stay tuned to the site for further info. METAIRIE, La. — The 2025 Carnival season kicked off on January 6, and Krewe of Centurions is set to roll through Metairie on Lundi Gras, Monday, Mar. 3. The krewe is known for choosing themes Krewe of Athena at 5:30 p.m. in Metairie.
