This year’s Mardi Gras parade theme Mardi Gras at Universal Studios Florida will be held on select nights starting February 1, with festivities concluding on March 30, 2025. The event is included with your theme park ticket or annual pass (though passholder blockout dates apply). The Brief. Universal Orlando Mardi Gras International Flavors of Carnaval begins Feb. 1 and runs through March 30. This year's event features live concerts on select nights by big-name artists Universal Orlando’s Mardi Gras concerts are included with regular park admission to Universal Studios Florida. Concerts are held on the parks’ Music Plaza Stage, near Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit. The best way to experience the flavors of Mardi Gras is with the specialty Universal Orlando Resort Food and Beverage Card, which allows guests to taste and save more by paying $65 for a $75 card.
