Pirates will take over the waters of Perdido Key with a decorated boat parade that will share a treasure of beads and booty. The theme for the flotilla is “Pirate Tales.” There will be cash prizes awarded at the Victory Party for Most Original, Best Decorated and Best Spirited Crew.
