There will be plenty of parades in New Orleans leading up to Mardi Gras, also known as Fat Tuesday. on March 4. Mardi Gras is a holiday that dates back thousands of years to pagan spring and Universal Orlando has announced more information on this year's Mardi Gras event, including the concert line-up and this year's theme. 2024's Universal’s Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval will run daily from February 3 through April 7, 2024. This year’s Mardi Gras parade theme will Music constitutes such a big part of New Orleans’s Mardi Gras traditions, and it’s no different at Universal Orlando. At Music Plaza Stage in Universal Studios Florida, guests can attend concerts on select nights during the Mardi Gras season. These concerts are included with park admission and begin at 8:30 PM. Concerts are held on the parks’ Music Plaza Stage, near Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit. One-day, one-park tickets start at $154 for guests ages 10 and older on Mardi Gras concert dates. At other Sunday, March 2. Sunday is Mardi Gras Children’s Day at the Event Center. The Mardi Gras Parade runs each night of the event, while concerts are held on weekends.
