About Carnival Mardi Gras. Mardi Gras, launched in 2021, is a groundbreaking Excel-class ship that redefines the cruising experience with its innovative features and diverse amenities. With a gross tonnage of 180,800 and a guest capacity ranging from 5,282 to 6,338 passengers, it offers ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The ship is Located on Deck 6 on the Carnival Mardi Gras. Carnival's Fortune Teller Bar. The Fortune Teller Bar is beautifully themed with some truly unique and out-of-this-world cocktails. It’s available exclusively on the Carnival Mardi Gras in the French Quarter zone. Fortune Teller Bar Menu . Menu is from Carnival Mardi Gras April 2023. Rudi’s Seagrill is a seafood restaurant on some Carnival Cruise Line ships, including Jubilee, Celebration, and Mardi Gras.
