Launched in 2021, Mardi Gras is an innovative Excel-class ship featuring six themed zones and exciting attractions like BOLT, the first roller coaster at sea. PALM RESTAURANT (Main Dining Room) The Palm Restaurant, the ship’s primary dining venue, can be found on Decks 6 and 7, and its name comes from those decks.
