We were on Mardi Gras last week. Several of the shows are musical. Family Feud and Deal or No Deal were pretty good. There is a show called M Theory that is an illusionist. It was good. Late in the week there was a show that had Voodoo in the title that we were told had acrobatics included but we didn't see it. MEET THE CEREMONY. We kick off a new ship’s career with a naming ceremony and ours are one part tradition and a lotta parts fun! On the tradition end, we get dignitaries like Mardi Gras' godmother, Miss Dominican Republic Kimberly Jiménez, and our own Chief Fun Officer Shaq to help make sure the champagne bottle gets broken just right for good luck. Didn't eat in the buffet the entire cruise. It was pretty underwhelming. The MDR was OK. The quick dining options were fantastic, like Guys Burgers, Big Chicken, Pizzeria, Panini, Guys BBQ, etc. Cucina del Capitano, for us, was the best meal on the ship! The old Mardi Gras ship.
