Mardi Gras 2025 in St. Tammany Parish Carnival season returns each year on January 6 with Twelfth Night celebrations, so beginning the season of revelry unique to southeast Louisiana. We have many ways to celebrate on the Northshore parades will roll (or stroll, or strut), kings and queens will be crowned at Carnival Krewe Balls and all Northshore Parades: Mardi Gras 2025 in St. Tammany. Mardi Gras Day on the Northshore begins at 10 a.m. with the 24-float Carnival in Covington. More than 450 riders will celebrate with the theme, "This and Dat."
