Carnival Mardi Gras is one of the newest and most innovative Carnival ships in Carnival Cruise Line’s fleet. offers an array of complimentary dining options to satisfy the taste buds of its passengers. The animated atmosphere of the Mardi Gras-themed cruise offers a unique vacation Carnival Cruise Line’s new ship, Mardi Gras, is absolutely chock-full of dining venues, many included and some with an up-charge. To help passengers determine what’s open for which meal and Main Dining Rooms: Palm & Flamingo Restaurants. At the heart of the Mardi Gras dining experience are the Palm and Flamingo Restaurants, offering a sophisticated atmosphere for breakfast, brunch, and dinner.
