Adjacent to Rick's Bar, this is a small bar in a courtyard right on Duval so it is terrific for people watching! Great spot when you have already got your buzz on and want to get a bit of fresh air, maybe keep the drinks a comin', have a slice of pizza from the joint right there, and most importantly, convenient to the bathroom.
