The good times don’t stop rolling at Universal Studios Florida when it comes to cajun cuisine. For the first time, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Universal’s Volcano Bay will be adding some Mardi Gras flavor to their menus. Select dishes will also be available throughout Universal CityWalk and Universal Orlando Resort Hotels. The Mardi Gras festivities extend to CityWalk with specially-themed food and drink offerings in a number of venues. Be sure to check out The After Party and Fat Tuesday at Pat O’Brien’s. While it’s designed for Mardi Gras, you can use it at nearly every food and beverage location throughout the parks – not just at the Mardi Gras kiosks. There are so many different cuisines to try from all around the world, it’s like going on a yummy adventure. One of the booths at Mardi Gras is Germany, and they have some truly tasty dishes. Named for the old, but gold, Islands of Adventure ride Dueling Dragons comes Confisco’s Dueling Hummus, a dish that pits two hummus flavors against each other in a battle of savory goodness.
