Krewes seeking new members include the Mystick Knights of Adonis, the Krewe of Argus, the Krewe of Excalibur, the Krewe of Isis, and the Krewe of Pandora. You’ll find membership info on each of their sites. The Endymion Krewe is a Mardi Gras parade organization in New Orleans, Louisiana. It is one of the oldest and most famous krewes in the city, and membership offers you a chance to join an organization that has been a part of Mardi Gras for over half a century. A social club that is active year-round, we are dedicated to our community, and members can often be found volunteering to help with various community improvement projects the Krewe supports. This is the Official Membership Application to the Krewe of St. Andrews. Upon recommendation of the Membership Committee, applicants must complete orientation and be approved by the Krewe Board before becoming an official member. Members must be 21 or older. Junior Membership - $150. Membership for one person (age 21-25) to participate in all Krewe parties and activities and a reservation to ride on a float during the parade. All other Krewe events The Krewe of Triton was founded and held its first annual Tableau and Ball in 1980. The initial philosophy of the Krewe was to create a “working man’s krewe” that welcomed all who wanted to enjoy the fun and merriment of Mardi Gras. The membership is restricted to men over the age of 21. In 1949 the Krewe of Iris became the first women’s krewe to have its ball televised, and it held its first parade in 1959. Women’s krewes have proliferated in recent years, and their parades can be seen in the streets day and night throughout the Carnival season. Regular Membership - Dues are $325 for new members and $300 for current members. With Regular Membership, you plan to attend most of our events and parades. New memberships are limited and are granted on a first come first serve basis. The Krewe has two registration types: Ride Event – this is the standard event for riding in the parade. Annual dues include a rider position on a float; a tunic, mask, gloves and hat for the Ride; admittance for the member to the Coronation Ball; and select specials / discounts throughout the parade year.
