Saturday, Feb. 22; Downtown Shreveport; 3:30 p.m. Parade starts at the corner of Lake Street and Clyde Fant Parkway, then heads south down Clyde Fant Parkway to Shreveport-Barksdale Highway. From there, the parade goes west until it makes a left on E Kings Highway. The parade ends at the corner of E Kings Highway and E Preston The first Mardi Gras parade in the Shreveport-Bossier area will be held on Feb. 17.
