The cutest Mardi Gras parade is rolling at Pecanland Mall's Center Court. This free event kicks off the day's celebrations with the cutest mini-Mardi Gras floats and even cuter riders. Complete with beads, candy, and other throws. Registration begins at 9:00 AM. 1:00 PM - Annual Krewe of The Twin Cities Krewe de Riviere is a non-profit organization dedicated to the historical and traditional concepts of a Mardi Gras parade as an avenue for individual creative expression. The Twin Cities Krewe de Riviere encourages the local citizens, businesses, and neighboring communities to become involved in the activities as they contribute to the culture and heritage of Northeast Louisiana.
