After the fireworks, the band will perform one final set. Transportation. There are many ways to get to The Wharf that are better than driving and parking. The parking garage at The Wharf will fill up before the event begins. The parade will begin marching along Wharf Street at 3:30 p.m., next to the water, and end at Parker Row, near Hell’s Kitchen. With walkers, jugglers, floats and the Mardi Gras King and Queen, the parade will feature special performances from the Eastern High School Marching Band, Batalá Washington, The Experience Band & Show.
