The monarchs were the first King d’Iberville and Queen Ixolib. Two big parades coming up in Biloxi with Neptune on Saturday and Gulf Coast on Fat Tuesday. This year, there will be a new parade route. Floats will no longer ride on Highway 90 down at Porter Avenue and the parades will stay south of the railroad tracks.
