Southwest DC’s Wharf will bring back its annual Mardi Gras parade and day-long party, complete with stilt walkers, a brass band performance on the pier, and fireworks right after sundown. The parade will begin marching along Wharf Street at 3:30 p.m., next to the water, and end at Parker Row, near Hell’s Kitchen.
