Enter your dog in the Pet Costume Parade, the Pet Parade will leave from the soccer field and circle Middleton Park at 2:30 pm. Awards will be presented for the “best dressed.” If you or your business would like to participate in the festival, please contact the Parks & Recreation office at 910-278-5518. Oak Island Drive and stop at SE 46th Street. The festival is at Middleton Park from noon to 4 p.m., and it will include a Mardi Gras Market, outdoor concerts featuring the Cruise Brothers, carnival games, a kids zone and food trucks.
