The Portland Mardi Gras Ball is an annual event created by the Mysti Krewe of Nimbus – Portland’s Louisiana style Mardi Gras Krewe Parade Details. The Portland Mardi Gras Parade features marching bands, entertainers, art, and fun costumes. The parade marches down North Mississippi Avenue from N Skidmore to N Fremont, starting at 7:00 PM.
