This year's Krewe of Neptune and Gulf Coast Carnival Association parades follow the same new route, allowing for fewer floats on Beach Boulevard and around the hospital. Traffic plans will also be in place with road closures. Each event Two big parades coming up in Biloxi with Neptune on Saturday and Gulf Coast on Fat Tuesday. This year, there will be a new parade route. Floats will no longer ride on Highway 90 down at Porter Avenue and the parades will stay south of the railroad tracks.
