42nd Annual Krewe of Janus - Mardi Gras Parade Date: 2/15/25 Time: 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm Theme: Janus Flies to the Moon Queen XLII: Kathie Spradling King XLII: Robert MCCaa Grand Marshal: Phillip Mark Thomas Route: The parade starts in West Monroe at 1118 Natchitoches St. at 6:00 pm, the parade ends at Oliver Rd., Monroe, LA. Cost: FREE The first 250 finishers will receive specialty beads, a drink token from Flying Heart Brewing & Pub-West Monroe, and a silicone Mardi Gras cup. The race begins at 2:30 PM at the corner of Wood and Commerce Street. Now it’s time for the main event – The Krewe of Janus Mardi Gras Parade at 6 PM. The Twin Cities Krewe de Riviere is a non-profit organization dedicated to the historical and traditional concepts of a Mardi Gras parade as an avenue for individual creative expression. The Twin Cities Krewe de Riviere encourages the local citizens, businesses, and neighboring communities to become involved in the activities as they contribute to the culture and heritage of Northeast Louisiana. The 42nd Krewe of Janus Mardi Gras parade is returning to Monroe-West Monroe on Saturday, February 15, 2025. The parade starts at 6 p.m. and starts at 1118 Natchitoches Street in West Monroe and ends at Oliver Road in Monroe.
