Parades. Five Parades will roll through Thibodaux this year: Krewe of Shaka will roll on Feb. 23 at 12:30 p.m.; Krewe of Ambrosia will roll on Feb. 23, immediately following Shaka.; Krewe of Parades. The Thibodaux parade schedule is as follows: Krewe of Shaka will roll on Feb. 4 at 12:30 p.m. Krewe of Ambrosia will roll on Feb. 4 at 2 p.m. Krewe of Cleophas will roll on Feb. 11 at 12: With the 2025 Houma-Terrebonne Mardi Gras season upon us, Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Tim Soignet thought that this would be a great time to familiarize yourself with the rules and tips that can keep the parade atmosphere safe and enjoyable for everyone. Join in the celebration and let the good times roll! Krewe of Ambrosia Feb 23, 2025. The good times continue to roll in Thibodaux on Sunday, February 23rd at 2:00 PM with the Krewe of Ambrosia! Enjoy a variety of fun themed floats and plenty of opportunities to catch some Mardi Gras beads! The Krewe of Ambrosia will “Celebrate Mardi Gras” on February 23, 2025 at 2:00 PM in Thibodaux! The 250-person krewe based in Thibodaux will feature 19 floats and the Thibodaux High School Marching Band.
