LOUIS — Soulard's biggest party of the year is back this weekend. The Mardi Gras main event, the Grand Parade, starts at 11 a.m. Here's everything you need to know if you are heading to Granite City Mardi Gras Parade. The Granite City Mardi Gras event begins at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 1 at 29th & State Street. Organizers say it will “bring Bourbon Street to you!” Enjoy live music, kids activities and shop local vendors.
