The 2025 Youngsville Mardi Gras Parade will roll on Saturday, March 1, at 11:00 AM, bringing the community together for a celebration of tradition, local pride, and family-friendly fun. Residents and visitors alike can look forward to seeing Nabers lead the parade, as Youngsville honors one of its own on this special day. It is officially Mardi Gras Season in the city of Youngsville! Today the city of Youngsville kicked off the 2024 Mardi Gras Season with the Annual Flag Raising Ceremony! This year's event promises a lineup of 80 floats and entries, highlighted by the participation of Division 1 NCAA softball teams. The 2024 Youngsville Mardi Gras Parade has a new route this year. The route will start at Fairhaven Subdivision, go on to Finnegan Way and Chemin Metairie Parkway, and end at the Clock Roundabout at Iberia and Lafayette Streets. Gerald Gruenig from KLFY TV10 will be the Grand Marshal for the parade. This year’s parade will coincide with the Mardi Gras Mambo NCAA Division 1 women’s fast pitch softball tournament, which will be held at the Youngsville Sports Complex, February 17-19.
