Uptown New Orleans (Krewe of Morpheus follows) Krewe of Selene: 6:30 p.m., Slidell (Krewe of Dionysus follows) Saturday, March 1. The City of New Orleans has granted a permit to the 2025 Krewe of Cleopatra parade, which will take place Friday, Feb. 21, 2025.Expect road closures and traffic delays during the event in the Audubon, West Riverside, Uptown, Touro, Milan, Garden District, Central City, Lower Garden District, Central Business District, and French Quarter neighborhoods.
